Standard Terms & Condition
These are the standard terms and conditions for Online Services and Graphic Designs such as Website Design and Development, Logo Design, Broucher Design and apply to all work undertaken by Branzone for its clients.
Supply of material
You must supply all materials and information required by us to complete the work in accordance with any agreed specification. Such materials may include but are not limited to, photographs, written copy, logos, and other printed material. Where there is any delay in supplying these materials to us which leads to a delay in the completion of work, we have the right to extend any previously agreed deadlines by a reasonable amount. Where you fail to supply materials, and that prevents the progress of the work, we have the right to invoice you for any part or parts of the work already completed.
Requirements
Project requirements should be clearly defined by client at the time of requirement understanding, variations must be provided in writing.
Invoice
60% at commencement – this is defined as the date at which you inform us via email that you agree to the terms of the proposal and you wish to go ahead. The project will not begin until this invoice is paid in full.
40% at delivery.
Multiple Revision
Case 1: Changing the brief after starting the work
Case 2: Customer giving multiple revisions / corrections in a work In the above 2 cases, additional charges will be applicable.
Design rights
We hold the rights to upload / share / display / remove your product presentation image on all our social platforms and websites and it is subjective to our company’s discretion.
Source file responsibility
After we provide the final files, we cannot be responsible for storing your files. You have to maintain the files on your side. In case if u want us to resend the files, the charges will be applicable depending on the backup recovery involved. In case the files have been temporarily deleted we will not be responsible for the same and in this case even if u pay we cannot help.
Non - Disclosure
We agree that we will not at any time disclose any of your confidential information to any third party.
Disclaimer
To the full extent permitted by law, all terms, conditions, warranties, undertakings, inducements or representations whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise (other than the express provisions of these terms and conditions) relating in any way to the services we provide to you are excluded. Without limiting the above, to the extent permitted by law, any liability of Branzone under any term, condition, warranty, or representation that by law cannot be excluded is, where permitted by law, limited at our option to the replacement, re-repair, or re-supply of the services or the payment of the cost of the services that we were contracted to perform.
