The earlier mark presented several problems, among them, a generic symbol, basic typography that did not broadcast any connection with the branch, plus degraded effects that were not well executed, thus making it difficult to reproduce the brand. Thus, the solution was to create a symbol of the letter ‘E, R, O” that represented the automation product, so that it kept the focus on the b2b & b2c client.
